Today afternoon at the White House, CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins continuously questioned Trump about the Epstein files, only to be publicly humiliated by Trump:
Collins: Regarding the Epstein documents, you previously mentioned Democrats appearing in them, but Elon Musk is also in them, as well as your Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick who communicated with Epstein. Have you read the new documents released by the Department of Justice?
Trump: No, I haven't. I have a lot to do, you know, I'm very busy. I don't know. You mentioned two names, I'm sure they are fine. I'm sure they are okay, otherwise it would have been big news by now.
Collins: Many of the survivors of the Epstein case are dissatisfied with the redacted (censored) content that has been released. Some witnesses' entire interviews have been completely blacked out. Do you think more transparency is needed?
Trump: Well, some people are dissatisfied with what they think is too much disclosure, you know. I've heard that argument, and now you're telling me another one. No, I think the country really needs to focus on other things. Look, since there's nothing negative about me coming out now, except for a conspiracy against me, literally a conspiracy by Epstein and others. But I think it's time for the country to move on to other things.
Collins: Mr. President, what would you say to those who feel they haven't received justice?
Trump: Say something that people care about, what did you just say? Go ahead, CNN.
Collins: What would you say to those who feel they haven't received justice?
Trump: You're the worst reporter. No wonder CNN doesn't have ratings because of people like you. Look, she's a young woman, I think I've never seen you smile. I've known you for 10 years, I think I've never seen a smile on your face. Do you know why you don't smile? Because you know you're not telling the truth. You're a very dishonest organization, they should be ashamed of you.
