On March 18, the leader of the "Donetsk People's Republic," Pushilin, released a video on his Telegram channel showing himself and Sergey Kiriyanenko, first deputy of the Russian presidential administration, working in the city of Dmytrivka (known as "Myrnohirsk" in Ukraine), which was captured by the Russian military. This city is a satellite city of Red Army City (known as "Bakhmut" in Ukraine).

"There are still residents who have remained in the city, and we are providing them with necessary assistance.

We had discussions with local residents. The series of questions they raised are exactly the same as those we encountered in other liberated areas. These issues have been included in our agenda. We will continue to support the people.

We met with the 5th Guards Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade named after Alexander Zakharchenko of the "Donetsk People's Republic," and the 24th Guards Independent Special Purpose Brigade awarded the Order of Zhukov, who are carrying out the task of liberating the territory of the "Donetsk People's Republic" in the direction of Red Army City.

We presented the defenders with the deserved state medals."
