The "controversial" conscription (forced conscription) seen by the media is a small number of cases, and the number of such "controversial" conscriptions is very low. Shmygal believes that the media playing those videos of forced conscription has caused a bad influence, which poses a threat to Ukrainian society, Ukrainian independence, and Ukrainian national security. They should not spread these videos everywhere, because controversial compulsory mobilization (forced conscription) only accounts for 5-10% of all conscriptions.
