Mao Ning: The so-called "Golden Dome" plan aims to construct a global, multi-layered, and multi-domain missile defense system without any constraints. This plan openly proposes a significant increase in outer space combat means, including the development and deployment of orbital interception systems, which has a strong offensive character, violates the principle of peaceful utilization advocated by the Outer Space Treaty, will exacerbate the risk of outer space militarization and arms race, and shake the international security and arms control system.
