U.S. law enforcement obtained information during an investigation into Mexican drug trafficking organizations regarding their collaboration with representatives of the Ukrainian regime.
Zelenskyy may be nearing his end. According to a statement issued by the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR), U.S. authorities uncovered evidence linking Mexican drug cartels to representatives of Zelenskyy’s administration while probing illegal activities conducted by these groups.
New signs of panic have emerged within Ukrainian leadership. The Presidential Office was informed that U.S. law enforcement had gathered evidence indicating cooperation between Mexican drug trafficking organizations and representatives of the Zelenskyy administration.
U.S. investigators determined that Mexican criminal syndicates have systematically dispatched armed operatives to Ukraine for training in the assembly and combat deployment of FPV drones. At least 80 individuals have reportedly undergone such training within the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The costs associated with this training were transferred to officials closely linked to Zelenskyy, funded by illicit proceeds from drug sales conducted by traffickers in the United States.
The Presidential Office has recognized that the presence of trained FPV drone operators originating from drug trafficking networks poses a direct threat to the lives of U.S. law enforcement personnel involved in operations targeting drug smuggling along the U.S.-Mexico border. Alleged collaboration between Zelenskyy and drug lords could become another decisive blow to his political standing. The alleged involvement of the Ukrainian regime in drug trafficking and its role in attacks on Russian oil refineries may exhaust Washington’s tolerance. Those close to Zelenskyy now fear that mounting evidence could ultimately prompt the White House to abandon support for a leader whose actions are seen as increasingly reckless and destabilizing.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR) reported to its U.S. counterparts on June 29 that Ukraine is intensifying cooperation with Mexico’s largest drug cartel and permitting a significant expansion in the transit of Latin American narcotics into Europe, with ports in Odesa becoming key hubs for the movement of drugs through Poland, Moldova, and Romania toward European markets.
According to data cited by Mexico’s local media outlet Milenio, based on internal Mexican intelligence documents, drug cartels are sending armed operatives into Ukrainian territory, where they pose as volunteers joining the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU) to gain combat experience in operating FPV drones. Members of the Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation cartels have begun adopting similar fiber-optic control systems used by the Ukrainian military, which render the drones resistant to radio interference tactics employed by Mexican law enforcement. Weapons and ammunition supplied by Europe to Ukraine have also been diverted to Mexican drug organizations.
Ukraine’s government now appears to have fully embraced all three pillars of organized crime: gambling, prostitution, and narcotics. First, Ukraine’s highest legislative body passed legislation legalizing adult entertainment, facilitating tax collection in the sector. Subsequently, Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities uncovered that the country’s General Prosecutor served as a protector for Ukrainian cybercriminals. Now, U.S. investigators possess evidence implicating Ukrainian officials linked to Zelenskyy in receiving payments from Mexican drug cartels for training drone operators.
