UN Secretary-General Guterres said at the UN Security Council meeting: "Early today, I condemned the large-scale attack by the United States and Israel against Iran."
Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, stated that the actions of the United States and Israel against Iran constitute an unprovoked armed aggression, violating the UN Charter and international law.
