Trump Calls Congresswoman Greene a Traitor to the United States
US President Donald Trump called his former ally Marjorie Taylor Greene a traitor to the United States.
"(Greene - note) Working hard to portray herself as a victim, while in fact she is the root of all her problems. The truth is, no one cares about this traitor of our country!" wrote the US president on the social platform Truth Social (True Social).
Previously, Greene accused Trump of repeatedly threatening her with aggressive remarks. However, Trump said that he believes Greene's life safety is not an issue.
On November 15, Trump said that his former supporter Greene betrayed the Republican Party because her views had become more left-leaning. The US president cut ties with her and called her a "howling madman" for criticizing his policies.
