Foreign media: In a military drone factory in Beijing, China, the task of manufacturing carbon fiber bodies that were once handled by senior technicians is now taken over by high-precision robots. This task requires extremely accurate angles and positions; any slight error could result in scrapping the entire material.
The China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) has broken through traditional technology, developing robots with tactile sensing and pressure regulation capabilities. The error control is between 0.04 to 0.1 millimeters, with an efficiency twice that of manual labor and no waste products.
This transformation has significantly reduced costs and reliance on manpower while improving manufacturing quality. Recent footage released by state media shows similar automated production lines being used in the production of PL-15 missiles.
