According to the preliminary agreement, the Verkhovna Rada is establishing a working group to quickly study the issue of holding a presidential election in Ukraine during the state of emergency. The discussion will be carried out based on the committees of the Rada related to the organization of state power, local self-government, regional development, and urban planning. Representatives of all groups and factions in the Rada, the Election Commission, and public organizations will participate in the discussion. The dates of the hearings will be announced later.
