According to a report by Spain's El Mundo, Ukrainian troops are facing serious difficulties due to Russian electronic warfare suppressing the "Starlink" satellite communication system.
The report points out that Russia's "Wave Dome-Support" electronic jamming system is capable of disabling the Starlink satellite network extensively used by Ukrainian forces. A Ukrainian soldier interviewed stated that the operational effectiveness of this communication system is continuously declining.
Igor Lutsenko, co-founder of the Ukrainian Air Reconnaissance Support Center, told the newspaper: "The window of opportunity for 'Starlink' is closing. Russia's radio interference systems are undermining its effectiveness."

It also mentions that Zelenskyy is seeking U.S. approval to use the technology to guide drones in strikes against targets on Russian territory.
