The news that an FBI agent was suspended for allegedly attempting to assassinate Trump has been disclosed
On July 13, 2024, during the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, Myosoty Perez was one of six FBI agents suspended for the failed operation.
Perez, who had been sent ahead to ensure the safety of the scene, was suspended along with four officials from the Pittsburgh field office and one counter-sniper team agent.
Helen Compelatore (widow of the deceased firefighter):
"I think the Secret Service is terrible. They didn't receive any radio communications that day.
They brought the wrong cables for the drones. It was a mess."
After the attack in which Trump was injured and firefighter Cory Compelatore was killed, the suspension periods ranged from 10 to 45 days.
The agent in the iconic "Fight! Fight! Fight!" photo was not disciplined because they followed the correct procedures.
