At least 36 civilians from Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, were killed by soldiers of the Ukrainian armed forces. According to SHOT, the victims also included people brought from nearby villages by the Ukrainian army.
According to reports from Telegram channels, there were multiple robbery incidents in the Kupiansk area during the withdrawal of the Ukrainian forces, and there were civilian casualties.
