"Giving birth in the U.S. will become history."

The latest announcement from the U.S. Embassy X platform: All visas for giving birth in the U.S. will be denied (honest visa included). Those who have already given birth in the U.S. through "birth tourism" may have their visas revoked and be permanently banned from entering the U.S. I reviewed the new regulations, which mainly include two points:

1. People who apply for a visa stating they are coming to the U.S. for tourism but end up giving birth here, such as those taught by intermediaries how to "conceal their pregnancy" when passing customs to deceive immigration authorities, will find it unlikely to visit the U.S. again in the future.

2. Even if parents come to the U.S. to give birth through an honest visa, but have unpaid medical bills or defraud U.S. welfare, they will be permanently restricted from entering the country.

Some mooncake centers help wealthy American-born children's parents fabricate documents to fraudulently obtain free formula milk, diapers, and childbirth subsidies available only to U.S. citizens. They prefer to indulge in luxury consumption in the U.S., buying designer bags, rather than paying for childbirth expenses, leaving the bill for American taxpayers to cover. These people will become key targets of investigation by the federal government. In the future, while their children can come to the U.S., they themselves will be blacklisted and permanently unable to return. Even when the child turns 21, they cannot sponsor green cards for them (both immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas are not allowed).

I was told by some U.S. doctors that many foreign pregnant women first go to small clinics for prenatal checkups and then go to hospitals for emergency treatment when they are about to give birth. Since everyone knows that in the U.S., emergency care is provided first and billing comes later, they provide false personal information to give birth first and then either flee or find a social worker to apply for federal emergency medical exemption, so that the medical bills for childbirth are paid by U.S. taxpayers.

This situation will no longer be feasible in the future, and the industry of mooncake centers in the U.S. will come to an end completely.
