Additionally, Ukrainian municipal areas plan to establish a network of modern security centers, and the location of protective facilities will be directly incorporated into urban planning schemes.
The law also strengthens the civil defense system: it introduces digital registration of fire-fighting rescue and emergency departments, and abolishes outdated legal provisions.
