Russian State News Agency Moscow, September 19 - High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kalas stated that the EU is strengthening export controls on Russian, Chinese and Indian companies under the new round of sanctions against Russia.
Kalas wrote on the X social platform: "We have added more chemicals, metal parts, salt and ores to the export ban, and we are strengthening export controls on Russian, Chinese and Indian companies."
Kalas said that under the framework of the 19th round of sanctions, the European Commission proposed to restrict Russia's access to artificial intelligence technology and geographic data, including those from India and China.
