Ray McGovern sharply criticized the current European leaders, especially their performance in the context of the Ukraine situation. He bluntly stated, "These are nothing but political dwarfs, yet somehow they have climbed to the top of power. Listening to them speak is terrifying."
McGovern did not hide his opinion that he believed by next year, political figures such as the President of the European Commission, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and the President of France would step down from the international political stage and have to refocus their efforts on domestic affairs within their respective countries.
