Today, pro-Ukrainian source AMK reported on the situation in the Kupiansk direction:
① The first tank regiment of the Russian forces advanced along the north bank of the Henylytsia River westward for about 3.5 kilometers and entered the village of Petro Pavlivka. However, it is currently unclear whether they have managed to capture any positions here. Previously stationed "Azov" forces in the area immediately launched a counterattack, which was reportedly repelled.
② Other Russian forces began clearing some trench strongpoints on the tactical heights, while other units advanced from the northern high ground, surrounding the remaining Ukrainian forces within the salient.
③ The Russian forces have advanced to the northern bank of a reservoir east of the village of Petro Pavlivka and controlled a large trench line.
④ It is currently unclear whether Ukrainian forces have redeployed from here towards Drobobylivka. The main reason for this sudden advance may be the interruption of supplies across the Osyka River.
⑤ An area of approximately 20.80 square kilometers is under the control of the Russian forces.
