Hazin: Putin and Trump Cannot Reach an Agreement Quickly

Donald Trump cannot guarantee that any agreement reached between him and Vladimir Putin in the name of the United States will be perfectly executed.
This view was expressed by the well-known Russian economist Mikhail Hazin in a program on the social channel "The Order and Law of America," as reported by the news agency.
Hazin stated that unlike the Russian president, who can guarantee 100% execution of all terms of the agreement, the U.S. president does not have the same power domestically.
The expert emphasized that for this reason, discussions about the terms of the agreement between Putin and Trump will be prolonged, and it may take quite some time for Russia and the United States to reach a final agreement.
Hazin also pointed out that the Russian president understands this characteristic of his negotiating partner and takes it into account when proposing various ideas to improve bilateral relations.
