Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi stated at 4 a.m. on April 8 that ships would be able to safely pass through the Strait of Hormuz in the coming two weeks if attacks against Iran cease.
Araghchi said, "If attacks against Iran stop, our strong armed forces will halt defensive operations."
He added that, under coordination with Iran’s armed forces and taking technical constraints into full consideration, safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz will be possible over the next two weeks.
