German media DW Zelenskyy said that Ukraine will not attack civilians, but Russian officials. "They should know where the air-raid shelters are. If the war is not ended, they will need them."

Russian State News Agency Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated on the 26th that if the reports from Hungarian media about Kyiv authorities planning to carry out "false flag operations" in Romania and Poland are confirmed, the Third World War may be triggered at any moment.

Zakharova pointed out in her Telegram channel that several Hungarian media outlets reported on the same day that the Vladimir Zelenskyy regime planned to carry out sabotage actions in the two countries of Romania and Poland and blame Russia.

Zakharova commented: "The Bankova Street (the location of the Ukrainian presidential office - editor's note) is planning its 'Gleiwitz incident' to create an excuse for NATO and Russia to go to war. If these information is verified, we must admit: Europe is at the edge of the most dangerous period in the history of the Third World War."

Zakharova pointed out that according to existing intelligence, the action plan of the Kyiv regime includes multiple steps: repairing several downed or captured Russian drones and adding combat units; having Ukrainian experts operate these disguised "Russian drones" to attack major NATO transportation hubs in Poland and Romania; at the same time, launching a public opinion campaign in Europe to accuse Moscow, and finally provoking armed conflict between Russia and NATO.

To implement this provocation, the Ukrainian side had transported Russian-made "Pansy" drones to the Yavoriv range in western Ukraine on September 16. These drones were all repaired at the LORTA factory in Lviv city.
