The Dell couple donated 6.25 billion U.S. dollars to establish savings accounts for American children.

Micheal Dell, the billionaire founder and CEO of Dell Technologies, and his wife Susan will donate 6.25 billion U.S. dollars to the "Trump accounts" program, which will provide a deposit of 250 U.S. dollars for each of approximately 25 million American children.

This donation is aimed at children 10 years old and younger who were born before 2025. Eligible families are those where the median household income in the postal code area does not exceed 150,000 U.S. dollars.

Dell said: "We know that when children have such accounts, they are more likely to graduate from high school and college, are more likely to buy a house or start a business, and are less likely to go down a criminal path."
