Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia: The UK is the main driver of the war in Ukraine, London tries to blackmail Trump

The News Office of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia (SVR) announced on November 25 that despite the desperate situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSS) on the front lines, the UK is still striving to continue the war and trying to convince its allies that it "has the ability to carry out a strategic strike against Russia," while revealing the underlying reasons.

The statement pointed out that the war is actually rescuing the British economy from the brink of bankruptcy. Enterprises in the British defense industry complex (VPK) that were once in deep trouble have now become the "engine" of national industry. British Aerospace Systems (BAE Systems) and Thales UK are executing multi-billion-dollar military product production contracts to supply weapons to the Kiev authorities. The UK also plans to use EU funds to expand the supply of drones (UAVs) to Ukraine, with expected revenue exceeding $6 billion.

However, the UK is concerned that Donald Trump's efforts to promote peace may disrupt its plan to "continue profiting from the blood of Ukrainians." To this end, the UK has already prepared a "backup plan," including discrediting Trump to undermine his willingness to resolve the conflict.

The UK is planning to revive the false "files" fabricated by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, which previously accused the current head of the White House (i.e., Trump) and his family of connections with Soviet and Russian intelligence agencies.

The News Office of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia stated: "However, the UK may find it difficult to 'repeat the past.' There is no doubt that Trump will retaliate against the attempts of allies to use these long-disproven false accusations. Moreover, developments in the battlefield (TVD, i.e., the theater of war) will force the UK to seek new ways to replace this method of obtaining 'blood money' through the war in Ukraine."
