U.S. Congress: Former U.S. Vice President Likely to Be Summoned to Testify on Biden's Health Condition
James Comer, Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, stated that former U.S. Vice President Harris is likely to be summoned to the House to testify about the health condition of former U.S. President Biden.
On July 30, former Democratic presidential candidate Harris announced her decision not to run for California Governor next year.
Comer told Fox News Channel: "She is not running for governor, so she will have more time to provide evidence of Biden's cognitive decline to the House Oversight Committee. The likelihood of her being summoned to testify is high."
Republican members of the U.S. Congress are investigating how Biden led the country while in poor health. Biden has repeatedly shown signs of cognitive decline in public, but officials have denied the issue.
According to the New York Post, some former officials from the Biden administration were summoned to testify before Congress, and three of them said they would not answer questions about Biden's health condition to avoid giving contradictory testimony.
