Sputnik News, Washington, February 26 - US Secretary of State Rubio said that any nuclear weapons agreement should include the US, Russia and China, which he believes would be beneficial to the world.

Rubio told reporters: "The President is confident that for any agreement on nuclear programs in the 21st century to be legitimate, these three countries - the United States, Russia and China - should be involved, and we will continue to examine their willingness."
