Lavrov: Russia demands explanation from the US on providing intelligence to Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russia has noted the report by the Financial Times about the US continuously providing intelligence to Ukraine for months to strike targets inside Russia, and has already requested an explanation from the US.

Lavrov said during an interview with Russian media: "There are constant reports, but not all 'alarms' are verified. However, we certainly noticed this. I have instructed my subordinates to ask the US to explain the report in the Financial Times."

When asked by Russian media whether the US has responded to this, Lavrov pointed out that Russia raised the question "several days after the report was released."
