On April 26, TASS reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that before the formal conclusion of negotiations with the United States regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian issue, Russia had no intention of publicly disclosing the progress of the negotiations. "We are indeed very polite people. Unlike some others, we never publicly discuss the content involved in the negotiations; otherwise, the negotiations would not be serious and solemn."
Lavrov also proposed discussing this issue with泽连斯基, as泽连斯基 is very willing to communicate with anyone through the media, even including former U.S. President Donald Trump.
