Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zarakhova stated that if certain countries allow Ukraine to use their weapons to attack Russian deep targets, Russia has the right to use its weapons to strike the military facilities of these countries.

Zarakhova said at a press conference: "Moscow believes that if certain countries allow (long-range) weapons to be used against Russia, Russia has the right to use its own weapons to strike the military facilities of these countries. If the conflict escalates further, we will take a firm and proportional response."

Zarakhova said that the use of long-range missile systems cannot be independently completed by Ukrainian forces, and must involve the direct participation of military experts from the countries that produce the weapons.
