Serbia's Tanjug News Agency reported that Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said that around 5 p.m. local time on May 3rd, President Aleksandar Vucic was discharged from the hospital.

Previously, on the afternoon of May 2nd, during his visit to the United States, President Vucic suddenly felt unwell. After consulting with doctors, he decided to interrupt his official visit to the United States and return home.

On the afternoon of May 3rd, Dragomir Dincic, Director of the Military Medical Administration of the Serbian Ministry of Defense and a cardiologist, told Tanjug News Agency that Vucic's current health condition is stable, but it will be difficult for him to return to normal activities in the next few days.

Dincic revealed that during his stay in the United States, Vucic experienced severe chest pain that lasted for several seconds.

Dincic said that Vucic received treatment, and when his blood pressure was measured 45 minutes later, it was 165/98.

Vucic then decided to return to Serbia. When he arrived in Belgrade, there were no serious issues.

Dincic stated that during the past ten years of treating Vucic, he had encountered high blood pressure three times, but none of them were as severe as this one.
