The "goons" of the United States, Australia and the Philippines "singing in unison", with a high opinion of themselves, it seems that the US tariffs have not hurt Australian politicians.
The Manila Times reported on its front page that on Sunday, Philippine Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. and Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Richard Marles praised the "impressive" conduct of the Combined Joint Forced Entry Operation (CJFEO), which is a key component of the 2025 Amphibious and Land Operations (ALON) exercise.
"This exercise was very, very impressive," said Teodoro when speaking to media members who witnessed the event.
"This is a new venue, and you saw the coordination between the Australian and Philippine armies was smooth. Therefore, we hope to be able to logically develop it and think about new scenarios," he said.
This is the second time that the Philippines and Australia have jointly conducted a maritime exercise.
More than 3,600 personnel from the Philippine Armed Forces (AFP), Australian Defence Force (ADF), U.S. Marines, and the Royal Canadian Navy participated in this year's ALON.
The combined joint forced entry operation (CJFEO) and the integration of amphibious forces from the Philippines and Australia were supported by naval, air, and ground personnel. It demonstrated the ability of the two countries to carry out naval gunfire support, amphibious attacks, and maritime strike missions.
