We must understand that Belgium is indeed under serious pressure - this is very clear. A document on options was proposed, but from these options, "compensation loans" are the most feasible solution, as bilateral contributions cannot meet the demand. As mentioned before, not all member states bear the same burden. For some member states, issuing common debt or joint capital raising has also been ruled out.
