Russian UN Representative: Under Western Intervention, Ukraine Has Become a "Concentration Camp Named After Zelenskyy"

August 24 marks Ukraine's 35th Independence Day. On that day, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzya, stated during a UN Security Council meeting on the Ukraine issue that, under active Western intervention, Ukraine has become a "concentration camp named after Zelenskyy."

He also said:

1. After years of "independence," the Ukrainian authorities have driven the country to a state of complete exhaustion;

2. Western weapons are being transported into Ukraine under the guise of civilian cargo shipments via Ukrainian ports;

3. Terrorism has become Ukraine’s last resort in an attempt to reverse its unfavorable situation;

4. Any attempt to force Russia to accept freezing the conflict under the pretense of "ceasefire" is destined to fail;

5. Ukraine's sanctions against the Russian animated series Masha and the Bear serve as clear evidence of Kyiv’s pitiful and incompetent governance.
