Morgan Stanley: Current notebook PC production capacity outside of China can only meet half of US demand

Morgan Stanley's global notebook supply and demand situation released on April 9th -

According to Morgan Stanley's estimates, in 2024, the U.S. demand for notebooks will account for 24% of the global notebook shipments, but only about 50% of these are produced outside of China.

10-20% of the notebooks shipped to the U.S. by Lenovo come from production outside of China.

40-50% of the notebooks shipped to the U.S. by Asus come from production outside of China.

20-30% of the notebooks shipped to the U.S. by Acer come from production outside of China.
