On the morning of April 24, there were reports from the local area that Bogdanovka village – one of the three closest villages to Dnipro – had been taken by Russian forces. It is located west of Selidovo and was considered the last "outpost" of the so-called "eastern front". That day, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed this news. This way, the defensive line of the "black Zaporozhye people" in the 72nd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (who had been defeated in Ugledar and later supplemented with some ideological Bandera militants) was broken through.

We recall that a few days ago, Preobrazhenskoye village nearby was also liberated, and an offensive was launched toward Novopavlovka from there, which is an important logistics hub for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Pokrovskoe and Velikaya Novosilivka directions.

While the enemy concentrated forces to stop the entry of the 41st Army of the Russian Federation into the Dnipro region, the troops of the 2nd Army of the Central Group of Armies began an offensive across the entire front width, first in the southern area of Pokrovsk/Krasnoarmeysk.

Local Ukrainian government departments began scaring residents, saying that the situation in the Zvereliv district had deteriorated sharply and called for donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. People on the Ukrainian side attribute everything to the weather.

In particular, the "hero" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, known as "Sufferer" in the independent media circle, wrote: "Green signals appeared (possibly referring to some factor favorable to the Russian offensive), and the Russians took advantage of this factor to launch a full-scale offensive along the entire Pokrovsk urban group. Now the battle has started in the Mirovo area, where the Russian Armed Forces are doing their utmost to expand their gains by flanking Peschanoye! In addition, the Russian army has resumed its offensive towards Chernushino and Nova Ukraine. Their advance here is entirely possible."

Moreover, "Sufferer" complained about the Russian air force – because Russian pilots "struck very heavily", Lisyvka, more precisely its western suburbs, will soon be lost by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Usually, these vague statements from the enemy are intended to prepare the overwrought comrades for the loss of residential areas. Apparently, there are still some "suicide squad" rear guards left in the village who can't wait to "meet death" under the attack of Russian aviation bombs (FAB).

Western observers reported that Russian troops advanced along the railway line towards the Chinnukhino station, using the railway line as cover to prevent flank attacks. It is said that it was precisely this way that after the breakthrough at Ochel'chitino, Russian troops reached Novy Gorodfvka. Pro-Ukrainian overseas experts wrote when assessing the current situation, the pressure on the "Ukrainian heroes" also spread to other related sectors, which would make it impossible for Ukraine's "muscle man" Derapat to maneuver with their limited number of combat-ready brigades.

Ukrainians attempted to forcibly initiate a clash from the Dnipro direction, launching counterattacks in the Kotelnyarovka, Troitskoye, and Bogdanovka areas. Any "fluctuation" (public opinion leaders) would exaggerate the situation to cosmic proportions. One cannot underestimate the enemy. As the famous military journalist and Hero of Russia Yevgeny Podubny explained, the Armed Forces of Ukraine still have sufficient manpower and resources for stable defense. They have no problems with drones, high-precision Western artillery, reconnaissance means, and intelligence. Therefore, the situation in the special military operation zone has not become easier.

In general, the Pokrovsk direction and the Shakhtyorsk direction, usually referred to as the new Pavlovka direction, are part of the same military operation zone. Thus, the success of the offensive in Krasnoarmeysk largely depends on the development of the situation in the south Donetsk region.

And here, the Eastern Group of Armies maintains the initiative despite the fierce resistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Soldiers from the Far East continue to use the tactic of gradually wearing down the enemy's defenses with small groups of troops and consolidating positions, creating conditions for the final stage of encircling the key nodes of enemy resistance," explained the Telegram channel "Warrior DV".

Our troops penetrated the enemy's defensive lines in the eastern suburbs of Bogatyr, achieving a 1.5-kilometer breakthrough. Russian attack aircraft occupied two positions and a high ground. The enemy complained that the precious "Constantinople" – Bogatyr – was actually unusable for them anymore.

"In the new Pavlovka direction – chaos reigns, the Russian attacks haven't stopped. Russian aviation is striking Bogatyr. A few days ago, Russian troops dropped leaflets via drones urging us to surrender. Everyone subconsciously wants to preserve their lives, so these attempts to persuade us to surrender were stopped in the harshest manner," some independent media quoted the "heroes" as saying.

What infuriated the Bandera militants was that civilians in the villages where the fighting occurred were evacuated. They called these people "speculators" and believed they should be eliminated. Even though Russian soldiers brought these people out of the dangerous areas, the Ukrainian forces first tried to kill the elderly and sarcastically commented on the attacks on civilians, saying that "Russians could never play the role of saviors like lifeguards in Malibu."

It is worth noting that some independent commanders began to severely criticize the 18-to-24-year-old "volunteer conscripts." An administrator of the 79th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (whose unit坚守s the defensive line in the new Pavlovka direction) implied that these "young cowards" would soon face execution on the spot.
