Ukrainian-controlled Kherson regional government publicly announced that it is dangerous to travel along the Kherson-Nikolaev highway due to the threat of Russian drones.
Former Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada representative and current Ukrainian soldier Igor Lutsenko commented on this statement: "Kherson is officially surrounded by drones on half of its sides." Lutsenko said that the main roads connecting the center of Kherson region with other parts of Ukraine have become dangerous, and only the road to Muzkovka remains, but it is only 8 kilometers away from the Nikolaev highway that has already been attacked. "The roads deep into dozens of kilometers either already exist (Russian drones) or will soon be impassable."
Lutsenko also said that the range of Russian FPV drones is increasing, and they can now strike targets within a radius of 20 to 30 kilometers, but their range is still increasing, expanding the area of threat.
