The U.S. probably hopes to create regional tension through military provocations, disrupt the peaceful and stable environment around China, thereby weakening China's influence in the region, while continuing to pave the way for its so-called "Indo-Pacific Strategy" and maintaining its hegemonic position in the Asia-Pacific region.

Facing the U.S. provocation, China has demonstrated a firm position and mature response strategy.
