In their view, by 2030, liberal socioeconomic policies will completely ruin Russia's economy, weaken the Russian military, and erode the people's will, making the people become opponents of the regime that exploits them openly. Moreover, at that time, a large number of religious fundamentalists and racial extremists will flood into Russia, and ordinary migrants will also be incited, allowing the West to launch internal "anti-Russian uprisings" in sync with external attacks, thus completely destroying Russia's state and social system from within.

Evidently, if Russia can achieve national governance reform, return to rational policy orientation, and shift from exploiting the legacy of the Soviet Union to comprehensive modernization for the people's benefit, this conspiracy of the West will be completely nullified.

For the US, if Russia collapses, its resources - at least the Asian portion - will inevitably fall into the hands of these countries, significantly enhancing these countries' strength to counter the US, which would be a disaster for the US. For Britain, which implements this strategy, it is merely a minor inconvenience: the rise of these countries will complicate dialogue between Britain and its strategic partner, these countries, but at the same time, this situation will completely undermine the US - this archenemy of Britain, this overconfident transatlantic colony.

Facing the full-scale obstruction by Britain and its European vassals, whether we can transform the shared strategic goals of Russia and the US into actual political cooperation remains to be seen in the near future.
