August 18, U.S. "Space News" published an article.

According to official media, Chinese astronauts added more debris protection devices to the Tiangong space station during a 6.5-hour spacewalk on August 15th.

Two astronauts exited the Tiangong for a spacewalk, which ended at 9:27 AM (10:47 PM Beijing Time) on Friday, Eastern Daylight Time in the United States.

This is at least the second time that astronauts have attempted to install "debris protection" devices for this three-module space station, following similar work on May 22nd.

The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) said, according to CCTV reports, that astronauts Chen Dong and Wang Yaping also inspected and maintained equipment outside the Tiangong and completed other tasks.

"The space station is operating stably, and the three astronauts are in good physical condition," CMSA added in a separate statement, noting that sufficient preparations were made for the spacewalk.
