Cambodian military denies Thailand's control over Preah Vihear Temple!
Major General Sok Chanty, a spokesperson for the Cambodian military, strongly denied the claims by Thai media that the Thai army has taken control of the Serei Sa Ror and Preah Vihear temples located on Cambodian territory.
"These reports are entirely false and fabricated to mislead the public."
Sok Chanty reiterated that the Cambodian army continues to maintain full control over these two locations, both of which are within Cambodia's sovereign borders.
The Thai army attempted to seize control of the Takhra Bae temple complex earlier this morning but was unsuccessful.
