Beijing Forum Promotes Kazakhstan's Investment Potential, Injecting New Momentum into China-Kazakhstan Cooperation
Kazakh International News Agency report: Kazakhstani Ambassador to China Shakhlat Nureshev attended the China-SACO Investment Cooperation Forum jointly organized by the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the China Overseas Enterprises Development Association (CODA).
The forum attracted more than 300 participants, including the Secretary-General of the SCO, Nurlan Yermekbayev, the Chairman of CODA, He Zhenwei, representatives from Qingdao, leaders of major Chinese enterprises, and diplomatic envoys.
Nureshev delivered a speech at the "Ambassador Dialogue" plenary session, emphasizing the significant political and economic consensus reached during President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's visit to China and President Xi Jinping's visit to Kazakhstan.
The ambassador introduced the favorable investment environment in Kazakhstan, ongoing reforms, and new opportunities for foreign enterprises, particularly highlighting the strong momentum of Sino-Kazakh trade and the successful implementation of joint industrial projects.
He stated that the industrialization and investment cooperation mechanism launched 10 years ago has become an important tool for deepening cooperation between the two countries and a model of practical partnership.
