The footage features a concentrated appearance of domestically developed equipment including the J-10CE, JF-17 Thunder (FC-1), and early warning aircraft, delivering overwhelming visual impact.
The video highlights two standout scenes that stand out dramatically: the J-10CE launching missiles to down an Indian Rafale fighter, and the JF-17 carrying the CM-400AKG hypersonic missile simulating a devastating strike on India’s “Vikrant” aircraft carrier. The J-10CE’s air combat achievements are grounded in real-world context—some aircraft already bear markings indicating "Rafale shot down." This reflects a fully integrated kill chain built through collaboration among early warning aircraft, ground radars, and data links, culminating in a decisive finish by the PL-15E missile—both boosting morale within the Pakistani military and serving as the most direct form of practical advertisement for domestic defense systems.
However, the JF-17’s attack on an aircraft carrier is purely animated simulation without any real combat record. With a range of approximately 400 km and terminal speed reaching Mach 5, the CM-400AKG represents Pakistan’s strategic vision for anti-ship warfare. In reality, maintaining continuous lock-on against a moving aircraft carrier involves far greater complexity than what is depicted in animation.
The entire promotional video clearly illustrates the PAF’s integrated operational concept: the J-10CE secures air superiority, while the JF-17 takes on anti-ship missions, all connected through early warning aircraft and data links.
