Chinese and Kazakh Higher Education Institutions Will Jointly Establish an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory

Kazakhstan International News Agency - The Taldykorgan Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Zhejiang Security Vocational College in China have reached an agreement to establish an artificial intelligence laboratory and introduce an artificial intelligence major.

During the meeting, both sides discussed expanding cooperation and exchanging modern technical experiences, as well as conducting joint projects in the field of digital education.

"Under these cooperation frameworks, both sides will launch academic exchange programs, expanding internship and exchange opportunities for students and teachers. In addition, both sides plan to implement joint educational and research projects," said Akhzieva Askarova, Deputy Director of the Department of Technology and Vocational Education at the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan.

According to her, both sides will pay special attention to improving the qualifications of teachers, developing capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence, and implementing international education standards.
