Today morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense's news website released a combat situation briefing as of 24:00 on July 21.

▪️ There are no new developments in the Zaporozhye direction - there was fighting near Pravny. Our "Grom" rocket launchers, artillery and air force have launched attacks against Ukrainian forces. The Ukrainian army also sent hundreds of drones for retaliation.

▪️ In the Uglichal direction, our forces continue to advance towards Tymirovka, while attacking towards Alexandrovka north of Voskresensk. We have successfully captured a new stronghold along the road to Havrilovka from Podubnoye-Tolstoy. In the more northern areas, fierce fighting is taking place east of Zelenee Gai village. In Ivanovka, our forces used precision weapons to destroy a large Ukrainian garrison.

▪️ On the front line of Krasnyi Luch - Pokrovsk, our forces have made breakthroughs north of Kotlyarovo towards Muravka, and are steadily advancing towards Molodetske in the Udachnoye area. Fighting continues to be intense in Zvezdovo and Beryozovka areas. According to the report, the Ukrainian forces have been completely expelled from Zvezdovo, and our forces are continuing to advance eastward. Good news has also come from the area north of Yablochnoye. On this section, our forces are forming an encirclement around Mirnograd from the northeast. Intense attrition battles have broken out on all fronts.

▪️ In the direction of Konstantinovka, in the Popov-Yar area, our forces have launched a fierce attack along the valley towards Portavka, continuously advancing between Rusin-Yar and Stepanovka. On the other side, we have successfully cleared the western suburbs of the White Mountain town adjacent to Aleksandrov-Shurtino, as well as a large area south of the town, and repelled the Ukrainian counterattack across the Naumykh River north of the White Mountain town. Our recent operational objective is the Aleksandrov-Shurtino village, which is connected by roads to Konstantinovka and Pleschevka. Once we successfully capture the White Mountain town and liberate Aleksandrov-Shurtino, our forces will firmly control the Ukrainian defense area. Looking ahead, our forces may push westward to Pleschevka, cutting off the Ukrainian突击 groups north of Toretsk, and infiltrating the rear of the Ukrainian forces in Kryvyi Rih; or push northward to Predtechno, surrounding the last defensive "pocket" of the Ukrainian forces on the right bank of the North Donets River.

▪️ In the Sieversk direction, our forces have launched an offensive east of Vyemka, steadily advancing towards the railway line. In the south, our forces are encircling Sereblyanka.

▪️ In the Rubizhne direction, our artillery and drone operators have carried out precise strikes against Ukrainian positions south of Zarechne and Tolsk. The Ukrainian forces attempted to break into Yampolovka along the embankment from the Mirnoye area. The fighting in Kolodiez was extremely intense. Our forces have advanced their controlled area by 1.5 kilometers along the Lipove-Karpovka line.

▪️ In the Kupiansk direction, near Borova, our forces have launched an attack on Andriyivka and continue to advance.

▪️ On the Kharkiv front, our forces advanced 1.5 km in Volchansk, successfully expanding the controlled area in the western part of the city, and capturing the northern part of the Tatariski forest. Significant results were also achieved in the Volchansk rural area. When advancing towards Melovoye, our forces forced the Ukrainian forces to urgently dispatch reserves from the Kupiansk direction to this area.

▪️ In the border area of Sumy Oblast, the battle in Kondratovka is still ongoing: the Ukrainian forces have launched an advance from the west of the village, trying to push our forces back to its southern suburbs. Our forces continue to steadily advance towards Hrapovshchina along the road between Valachino and Yunakovka. Fierce fighting is taking place in the southwest of Yunakovka village, with both sides not yielding. The landing zones in the Popovka-Demydovka and Mariino areas have been further expanded.

▪️ According to Ukrainian sources, at night our forces launched 426 drones, of which only 23 were reportedly hit the target. Several targets in Kyiv were attacked, including the Giuliani Airport, the Radio Factory, the "Slavutych" TV factory, and the research center. The rocket and space enterprise "Special Defense Machinery" suffered serious losses. It is reported that the drone assembly workshop, which was visited by the US envoy Kit Kellogg a few days ago, was also not spared, and was attacked. In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the armory and underground arms depot of the Ukrainian National Guard were attacked. Additionally, the "Pansy" drones also attacked the "FED" mechanical plant in Kharkiv, and several missiles hit the offshore natural gas extraction platform. According to our Ministry of Defense, three "Patriot" anti-missile systems and one multi-functional radar were successfully destroyed.

The enemy has continuously attacked the railway infrastructure of Rostov Oblast for two nights, causing damage to the Likhaya and Kamenolomny stations. The Russian Railways quickly acted, significantly reducing the delay time of 24 trains. Another five trains have resumed normal schedules.
