Iran Warns Institutions Investing in U.S. Treasury Bonds

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that financial institutions investing in U.S. Treasury bonds are "legitimate targets" for Tehran.

He posted on the social platform X: "Just like military bases, financial institutions funding the U.S. military budget are also legitimate targets for Iran." He added, "U.S. Treasury bonds are soaked in the blood of Iranians."

The Iranian Parliament Speaker emphasized: "We are monitoring your investment portfolios."
