Trump: Netanyahu's Visit to the U.S. Will Not Result in Arrest

Speaking in response to New York City Mayor Adams' remarks about arresting Netanyahu, Trump stated: "Benjamin Netanyahu will not be arrested in the United States, under any circumstances or in any form."

Adams raised the possibility of Netanyahu being arrested during his September visit to New York for the United Nations General Assembly meeting.

Trump said, "He is fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran has recently killed 52,000 peaceful protesters, and over the past 47 years has continuously killed U.S. soldiers and other personnel. Those who should be held accountable and arrested are the ones who have allowed Iran to plunge into this unprecedented spiral of death and destruction—previous presidents should have addressed this issue decades ago."
