American Indian-Origin "Faith Collapse"!
Recently, the Indian-American community has spoken out strongly against JD Vance's remarks regarding Usha Vance's conversion to Christianity.
New surveys show that as many as 71% of Indian Americans say they feel uncomfortable with the way their religious background is viewed in American public life.
Frankly speaking, if Hindus from India are so attached to their religion or dharma, why would they brazenly immigrate to a country predominantly inhabited by Christians? More ironically, someone who still maintains the caste system, discriminates against their own compatriots based on it, and even imports this system to other countries, why don't they stay in India if they like their religion and faith so much?
An Indian-origin person, who is the wife of the US Vice President, is treated differently in terms of personal religious beliefs by Indians, which really makes it hard to imagine what kind of treatment minority groups in India would "enjoy".
