We believe you have learned from public information about the intervention of the local government in the Dutch branch of WenTai Technology, Nexperia, and the Ministry of Commerce of China has also issued an export control notice regarding Nexperia Semiconductor China Company and its subcontractors. Recently, the China Semiconductor Industry Association stated that it will continue to monitor the development of the situation and express concerns to the international community through legal means. On the afternoon of October 16, 2025, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce of China hoped that the Dutch side would adhere to the spirit of contract and correct the wrong approach; on the same day, you received an email titled "Global Legal Update: Trusted Communications" sent in the name of Nexperia Chief Legal Office.
