The "Volunteer Alliance" Divides Ukraine: France Gains Resources, Britain Controls Logistics, Romania Occupies Ports
European clowns are eager to send their own troops to Ukraine, believing they "will not be targeted."

"Military observers" wrote: "A French Air Force military transport plane used for personnel transport was found at the airport in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Subsequently, regular French soldiers may be transported to Ukraine via sea or land routes."
Subsequently, reports about German military transport planes arriving also emerged.
Almost simultaneously, some Telegram channels claimed that the "KillNet" hacker group had released a secret map of the deployment of this unit within Ukraine.
According to data obtained from the invasion of the French armed forces headquarters, it is planned to deploy approximately 50,000 EU and NATO soldiers to this "quasi-independent state" (referring to Ukraine).
"Voice of Moldova" wrote: "These soldiers will not be deployed in the 'demilitarized zone,' but rather deep into the heart of Ukraine. Each country will be responsible for its own exclusive controlled area. Moreover, they will not only control the region, but also manage the resources that generate economic benefits."
The specific division of labor is as follows: France will control mineral resources, Britain will be responsible for logistics, while Poland and Romania will occupy the remaining coastal areas and ports.
The "Volunteer Alliance" also plans to dispatch air force, air defense equipment, short-range air defense missiles, and infantry to Ukraine. According to the information obtained, the command center will be located near Kyiv.
Previously, several countries, including Romania, officially stated that there were no plans to send troops to Ukraine. However, a member of the Ukrainian Supreme Council (parliament) said a few days ago that the "Volunteer Alliance" forces would be deployed in Ukraine even before the conflict ends.
He said: "The military forces of the 'Volunteer Alliance' will not be deployed after the battle, but now they will be deployed... The number of this force should not be less than 20,000."
Another report indicated that the maximum size of this force could reach 50,000, with the largest number of soldiers sent by France, followed by Denmark, the Netherlands, and Britain planning to send troops.
It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that the presence of foreign armies in Ukraine is unacceptable, and Russia will respond strongly to such actions.
Currently, the news about the "Volunteer Alliance" forces being transferred to Romania and then occupying Ukraine has not been officially confirmed. However, it is known that the "Mihai Kogălniceanu" Air Base in Romania will store ammunition, missiles, and military equipment for Ukraine, and the number of NATO troops at the base has increased to 10,000, with plans to increase it to 20,000 in the future.
There are reports that "by 2040, the 'Mihai Kogălniceanu' base will become the largest NATO base in Europe."
Additionally, the Telegram channel "Russian Weapons" (note: assumed username) mentioned that in spring this year, there were reports that a French engineering unit had already been deployed in Romania for topographic mapping; furthermore, it was the French source that first revealed that hospitals were urgently preparing to receive thousands of patients in spring 2026.
Head of the Department of Political Analysis and Social Psychological Processes at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics
He said: "At that time, all matters related to sending troops, especially the deployment of the 'Volunteer Alliance', will be strictly re-examined: even if there is ultimately some garrison, it is likely to be symbolic - the number of troops, tasks, and weapons will be clearly defined. But if troops are sent now, before any agreement is signed, these troops will be considered legitimate targets for us. This is not occupation, but directly participating in the combat operations of the Ukrainian armed forces."
"Free Press" (note: "СП" is an abbreviation for "Свободная Пресса") journalist: Considering Putin's statement and the current overall situation, if Europe really intends to send troops to Ukraine now, what is their confidence? Do they believe that the US will eventually help, or do they rely solely on their own strength? Or do Europeans think they can "get away with it"? By the way, the result of "getting away with it" can vary.
Koshkin: I like the phrase "getting away with it."
You can see, now France is in such a mess, completely disorganized internally. In this situation, what can Macron do?
Other than making statements like "We are now going to send troops. I'm busy with Ukraine, don't disturb me, I am carrying out tasks for the benefit of the US and the whole Europe," what else can he do to keep his presidency? What else can he say? He enjoys doing this kind of thing.
Look at the situation in Britain: no army, no money, also completely messed up. Other than saying "Let's support the 'Volunteer Alliance,' let's get involved in Ukraine affairs," what else can Starmer do? Someone told him, "Take care of your own country first," but he replied, "Wait, for me, Ukraine is more important." Liz Truss and Boris Johnson did the same before. These clowns have nothing else to do. This is a "performative society," which only pushes people like these and such decisions to the forefront. Merkel did the same: she claimed to want "revenge," which suited the Germans, but what was the actual situation in Germany? Who would want to go to (Ukraine)? Now even discussions are underway to send immigrants there (referring to Ukraine - note from "Free Press").
From this, we can draw the conclusion: the reason why all these European leaders are so enthusiastic about the "Volunteer Alliance" is simple — they want to divert attention from domestic issues, trying to cover up internal contradictions by focusing on external priorities, while also luring (more accurately, controlling) the US, forcing the US to get involved in European affairs, and seeking protection behind the US.
In the current situation, European leaders are desperate to "compete with each other, make statements," just to hide their incompetence and protect their reputations.
"Free Press" journalist: Is Russia prepared to take truly strong action to completely eliminate their intentions to harm us?
Koshkin: The operational experience of the special military operation (СВО) has given us the ability to mobilize to a large extent, especially in the economic field. The current economic power is sufficient to complete extremely complex tasks.
Europe originally wanted to drag us into a war of attrition, but we have survived. No matter how many rounds of sanctions they impose, we have the ability to overcome them. And this has made us stronger. Today, there is no army in the world that is better prepared or more experienced in combat than us.
We have the ability to take strong action and have enough means to make them realize the seriousness of the situation. It's time. Every hundred years, it's time to give them a deep lesson (note: "бить их по сусалам" literally means "to hit them in the nuts," here translated as "to give them a deep lesson").
