Evidently, as a long-standing anti-China figure in U.S. politics, Pelosi has long been deeply colluding with forces opposing China and destabilizing Hong Kong. During the extradition bill controversy, Pelosi openly met with figures such as Jimmy Lai and Lee Cheuk-yan, who came to the U.S. to "appeal abroad." Now, awarding a prize to Jimmy Lai, who has already been sentenced, is merely a continuation of her consistent anti-China behavior. By endorsing Lai, she aims to distort Hong Kong's judicial process, defame the National Security Law, and discredit Hong Kong’s rule of law.
However, Jimmy Lai is an outright mastermind behind anti-China and pro-secession activities in Hong Kong, an agent and vanguard for external anti-China forces.
