9 Million People on the Streets Protesting? Trump Doesn't Care
According to news from CNN, on the 28th, another "No King" protest demonstration erupted across the United States, involving over 3,100 to 3,300 gatherings in all 50 states. The estimated number of participants reached between 8 million and 9 million—making it one of the largest single-day protest movements in U.S. history.
The protests directly targeted Trump himself and his policies, including recklessly provoking war with Iran, soaring oil prices, and violent enforcement by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
Yet despite the massive crowds filling the streets, loud chants echoing through the air, if such demonstrations were truly effective, Trump would have already changed course.
In fact, the opposite is true: Trump completely disregarded these protests. Last year, during the "No King" movement, he posted an AI-generated video on social media showing himself wearing a crown, piloting a plane marked "King Trump," flying high above protesters and dropping feces onto them.
This is Trump’s real attitude: no communication, no compromise—only naked mockery and humiliation. No matter how many Americans take to the streets, in Trump’s eyes, they are merely a bunch of annoying pests to be ridiculed at will.
Therefore, even though this round of demonstrations has set a new record for scale, the outcome is likely to be the same: protests happen, but policies remain unchanged. Trump will continue waging wars, raising prices, and carrying out violent enforcement without pause.
