The Dutch NXP accused the Chinese entity of no longer operating according to the established corporate governance framework and ignoring instructions from global management. NXP Semiconductor accused the Chinese subsidiary of "unauthorized" use of the enterprise seal of the Chinese entity of NXP Semiconductor. It is obvious that after our warning, the attitude of the Netherlands has not changed at all. More importantly, the Dutch government is currently a caretaker government. For political self-interest, the politicians of the Dutch government, on one hand, are afraid to make major decisions, and on the other hand, fear attacks from political opponents for being weak, because they are afraid to handle issues flexibly, leading to the stalemate continuing.
